Do you clean windows?

Yes, though only insides as part of our full deep, green home cleanings. We do also offer a stand-alone, green window cleaning service that includes outsides of windows. Please inquire for rates.

Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment?

We bring ALL cleaning solutions, but click here to see list of items you must have on hand so we can clean your home efficiently.

Should we be home while you're cleaning?

Definitely on the first cleaning (at least for 15-20 minutes) so you can show us around and acquaint us with your priorities. After that it's up to you. We know you are very busy. *Some clients give us a set of keys.

Are your cleaning products organic?

Ms. Green-Clean ensures that all products we use to clean your home are natural, and not harmful to you, your family, pets, or the environment. They are not tested on animals and they are biodegradable, contain no Volatile Organic Chemicals (VOCs), alcohol, solvents or dyes. They are organic in that they are derived from natural sources and NOT synthetic, but they are not all certified organic as certain available produce is.
