Do you clean windows?

Yes, though usually only insides. There are unique situations where occasionally we'll do the outsides.

Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment?

We bring ALL cleaning solutions, but you should have on hand at least most of the following equipment: ladder or step stool (safe and sturdy), broom (with plastic bristles, NOT natural, unfortunately), dust pan, toilet bowl brush. The following items are helpful but not necessary: vacuum cleaner (HEPA filtered is best, but not necessary), paper towels, sponges (cellulose with scrubber sides best), cloths (selection of cotton towels/rags AND microfiber styles), and brushes.

Should we be home while you're cleaning?

Definitely on the first cleaning (at least for 15-20 minutes) so you can show us around and acquaint us with your priorities. After that it's up to you. We know you are very busy. *Some clients give us a set of keys.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is $30 fee associated with canceling less than 48-hours before your designated appointment.

Are pets ok with you?

Sure. We're nuts about animals!

Are your cleaning products organic?

Ms. Green-Clean ensures that all products we use to clean your home are natural, and not harmful to you, your family, pets, or the environment. They are not tested on animals and they are biodegradable, contain no Volatile Organic Chemicals (VOCs), alcohol, solvents, dyes or fragrances. They are organic in that they are derived from natural sources and NOT synthetic, but they are not all certified organic as certain available produce is.

What areas do you service?

Manhattan, Riverdale & Marble Hill in the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Nyack, Piermont and parts of lower Westchester including Yonkers, Bronxville, Ardsley, Hastings, Larchmont & Scarsdale.
